Why were you interested in HAEUSLER AG?

Already during my studies “extremes” fascinated me. It was clear to me that I would like to work either in the field of micromechanics or in heavy engineering. During my first interview at the Haeusler company, a big 4-roll plate bending machine, the VRM 4000-1178 (WO 1812) was in final assembly. When I visited the machine, “it was all about me”.

Why do you like working at HAEUSLER?

I think there are few manufacturing companies where the danger of falling into routine is as low as at HAEUSLER. I like variety – and this is guaranteed in our industry and with our products and in our company.

What are your daily tasks?

Besides the sales activities in the CIS countries, I am increasingly occupied with organisational and structural activities. The world and thus the markets and customer requirements are changing faster and faster and more and more. We have to take these changes into account and also change and adapt accordingly.

How would you describe the atmosphere between the employees?

Within the workforce, collegiality, team spirit, helpfulness and respect are very important – the team spirit is at the forefront.

Thinking outside the box

My varied field of work gives me the opportunity to think outside the box. I accompany the product from the sales phase, through construction and production to commissioning, and I can work independently and make decisions.
