Why were you interested in HAEUSLER AG?

On the one hand it is a family business, on the other hand customers come from all over the world and the projects deviate clearly from the standard.

Why do you like working at HAEUSLER?

Enthusiasm is required here and is not prevented. Finding new solutions for problems that seem unsolvable is a personal challenge for me. This also gives me the good feeling that my work “moves something”. The working atmosphere here is also very special. You can still feel the family atmosphere. That is why I also feel good “as a person”.

What are your daily tasks?

Responsibility for work safety as well as planning/organization tasks and the coordination of assembly and work runs.

How would you describe the atmosphere between the employees?

The working atmosphere is very good. We know about the strengths of others and this leads to respect and appreciation. I spend the day with very pleasant people and there is a very open and friendly atmosphere even among us colleagues.
