Why were you interested in HAEUSLER AG?
The size and variety of the machines produced certainly had a special appeal. In addition, the short decision-making processes and the orientation as a family business appealed to me.
Why do you like working at HAEUSLER?
My work is extremely varied and gives me the opportunity to look beyond my own nose – even across departments. I can accompany the product from the sales phase to the design (electrical and mechanical) and production up to the commissioning, working independently and making decisions. I also like our young and motivated team.
What are your daily tasks?
Technical conception consulting in the sales phase, working out design solutions, kinematics and strength calculations (FEM), preparing design drafts, specifying technical data and defining machine sequences for the control department.
How would you describe the atmosphere between the employees?
There is a very good atmosphere, both on the private and the business side. Problems are discussed in teams and solutions are worked out together.
