Why were you interested in HAEUSLER AG?
I had already completed my apprenticeship at HAEUSLER and returned after my studies because the extensive production programme was an interesting challenge.
Why do you like working at HAEUSLER?
Because the tasks are very varied and the employees are given the freedom to work independently without being forced into a particular pattern of behaviour.
What are your daily tasks?
Registering incoming enquiries, preparing quotations both technically and commercially, customer contact both by telephone and personally on site, finding solutions for our customers’ problems, working together with the design department.
How would you describe the atmosphere between the employees?
Most employees treat each other with respect and collegiality.
