Automatic Deflection Compensation

Even under extreme off-centre loading, HAEUSLER’s automatic deflection compensation keeps the top roll perfectly straight without any operator intervention. Asymmetrical deflections are detected automatically and compensated via the support cylinders. This ensures homogeneous bending quality and parallel edges, regardless of the plate position in the machine. At the same time, the HAEUSLER machine concept, with only one adjustable axis and jointly supported bottom rolls, reduces tooling requirements and shortens set-up times.
