RMS-Roll forming Machine
The heart of pipe production
The HAEUSLER RMS 3-plate bending machine offers precise, flexible, and productive pipe bending for LSAW pipe mills. It is the only machine that combines three bending processes in one system and, thanks to its versatility, is ideal for industrial applications in steel and pipe production.
Forming with preloaded upper roller
Large pipes from 20 to 64 inches are usually rounded with a preloaded top roll and an adjustable bottom roll gap. This ensures optimum bending force and consistent pipe quality. The entire diameter range can be covered with just two to three quickly interchangeable top rolls.

The mechanical full-pipe expander uses step-by-step expansion to calibrate the entire pipe evenly, ensuring consistent high tolerances in terms of diameter, roundness, and straightness. At the same time, the weld seam is inspected and the yield strength of the pipe material is improved.
As the final forming step, expansion defines the final shape of the pipe so that it meets the required standards. HAEUSLER offers complete solutions, including pre-washing, pipe expansion, expander tools, post-washing, and water treatment.
