What do the graphical representations mean?
The machine has four rollers, a top roller and a bottom roller in the center of the machine as well as a side roller on the left side and a side roller on the right side. A sheet is clamped between the top and bottom rollers. For the explanation, it is assumed that the sheet metal is transported from right to left.
Bending on the infeed side: The bending takes place on the right-hand side, i.e. on the side of the part of the sheet that has not yet been conveyed between the top and bottom roll.
Outfeed side bending: The bending takes place on the left-hand side, i.e. on the side of the part of the sheet that has already been conveyed between the top and bottom rollers.
What do the error messages mean?
Error messages are displayed if the desired sheet metal cannot be bent with the selected combination of input parameters or can only be bent under certain conditions. It is also displayed if a reduced pressure was used for the calculation.
How can I correct my entries?
The entries can be corrected by clicking «RESET INPUTS» or by dragging the slider to the desired position and then clicking «CALCULATE» again. If this does not help, you can click «Reload page» in the browser.
